Hailey Guillory was born and raised in southern Louisiana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2018. In 2022, she earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Howard University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Guillory was Vice President of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Team, where she was runner-up in a national trial advocacy competition. She also received numerous scholarships and awards while in law school. Additionally, Ms. Guillory was a student attorney in both the Reentry and Criminal Justice Clinics at Howard University School of Law.
Prior to joining Pitre & Associates, Ms. Guillory was a prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, as well as a personal injury defense attorney in Manhattan. She is currently admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and New York.
