Pitre & Associates settles Client’s(1) discrimination, harassment and reprisal complaint against the U.S. Department of the Air Force for $88,000 lump sum, which included 2024 Laffey Rates, rescission of 14-day suspension, and reinstatement of 80 hours of leave.

Pitre & Associates settled Client’s(1) disability discrimination complaint against the U.S. Postal Service, where the Agency agreed to provide Client with a modified job offer and pay $22,000 lump sum, which included 2024 Laffey Rates.

Pitre & Associates settles Client’s(1) race, sex, disability discrimination, harassment and reprisal complaint against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security during the EEOC hearing stage for payment of $46,984.70 in lieu of compensatory damages and reimbursement of $31,015.30 attorney’s fees, which included 2024 Laffey Rates.

Pitre & Associates settles Client’s(1) disability discrimination case against the U.S. Department of Justice (Environment and Natural Resources Division) prior to the issuance of an adverse action. The Client received $43,000 lump sum payment, which included 2024 Laffey Rates, 18 weeks of paid administrative leave (worth approximately $18,000), and the ability to voluntary retire with a clean SF-50 and neutral reference.
