Damon A. Pace currently serves as a Senior Associate with Pitre & Associates, LLC.. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Damon studied Business Administration at Florida A&M University before going on to earn his J.D. from the Howard University School of Law, where he gained critical experience in the school’s Labor & Employment Law Clinic.
Damon’s desire to serve and protect others in their time of need drove him to further pursue a career in Employment Law, and after relocating to the District of Columbia/Maryland. Through a tireless work ethic and compassionate representation of his clients, Damon has represented clients in jury trials, in both state and federal courts, in addition to hearings before the EEOC, MSPB, arbitration matters and administrative law cases.
Beyond his career in law, Damon has a tremendous passion for people and the community, spending ample time volunteering with charitable organizations like Trauma Reboot and local youth sports leagues.
