Pitre & Associates successfully negotiates settlement in client’s [1] discrimination and retaliation suit

The client[1] reached out to Pitre & Associates as a result of the discrimination and retaliation client was facing from the Agency.  After filing an EEOC Hearing Request, Pitre & Associates contacted the Agency to propose settlement.  In less than a month after proposing settlement, Pitre & Associates was able to successfully negotiate and settle client’s case to client’s full satisfaction.  The settlement agreement included an award totaling $8,750.
